By accessing PyTrack Interview Engine, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

PyTrack provides educational Python interview practice, including LLM-generated challenges when you supply your own API credentials. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, or accuracy of AI-generated content.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• Use your own API keys in compliance with Google, Groq, and other provider terms.
• Do not abuse the service, scrape excessively, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Intellectual property

The PyTrack brand, UI, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Generated challenge text may be produced by third-party models; you receive a personal license to use exports for your own study.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED ANSWERS OR HINTS.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion via our Contact page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protections.
